Paraplanner/pa

Salary:

£22000 - £26000per year (depending upon experience)

Reports to:

Mr. John Doyle

Location:

9 Cherry Trees

Hartley

Kent

DA3 8DS

Hours:

Start time: 09:00 am, End time: 05:30 pm-occasionally later hours if required

Days of work:

Mon-Fri

Holidays:

20 days excluding Bank holidays

Will also be paid for Bank holidays

Overall purpose of the job:

To support the general staff within office environment.

To research the best products from the market place for clients to meet their specific needs.

To compile reports following recommendations made for clients

To fully support the Managing Director to meet the company business objectives.

To ensure work is in line with TCF requirements at all times.

Key responsibilities for this job:

To provide recommendations to meet individual clients needs

To manage the office on a daily basis- including booking appointments for director, taking calls and managing the directors diary on a daily basis.

To support administration team

To support the Managing Director to meet the company's business objectives

To develop strategies to improve business output to meet clients needs effectively

To design portfolios as required for clients

To ensure Treating Customers fairly is at fore front of all client transactions at all times. And advice is always in best interests of clients and meets their aims/ objectives.

Knowledge and experience required:

Financial planning certificates 1,2 & 3 as a minimum.(Ideally qualified to Level 4). Knowledge of investments, pensions and life products.

Experience of dealing with staff and clients.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent understanding of TCF requirements

Other duties the Para-planner /PA will be required to undertake as may be assigned by Mr. John Doyle and to organize and support him in Directors role on a daily basis:

Flexible- able to work as part of the team within the office environment. Able to meet with clients to assist with paperwork and recommendations as recommended by the advisor. To advise and support with general office duties..
